Is there a setup fee?
Yes — there's a one-time installation fee equal to one month's rental. This covers professional delivery, setup, positioning, and activation so your Watchtower is live and monitoring before we leave.
What if I need to move the unit?
Within the first 30 days, we'll relocate the unit anywhere on the same property at no charge. New properties require a new system setup. After the initial 30 days, relocations are subject to an installation fee equal to one month's rental.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes! You can scale up anytime. Additional units receive discounted rates on monthly plans.
