- Installation and service records: Life of asset + 3 years
- Signed agreements: 7 years or life of relationship + 3 years, whichever is longer
- Service ticket documentation: 5 years
Upon termination of a service agreement, we will delete or de-identify personal account data within a commercially reasonable time unless retention is required by law. Written confirmation of deletion is available upon request.

All data associated with a customer’s account — including site information and account records — is owned by the customer, not by KamGard. KamGard will not use customer data for any purpose beyond delivering the contracted service.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, KamGard will notify affected customers and applicable regulatory authorities as required by law, identify the scope and cause of the breach, take immediate steps to contain and remediate it, and provide a written summary of what occurred and what actions were taken.
